Featured Programs:

No Hungry Mondays

Picture

Children who need more food than is available at home, receive extra nutrition so no one goes hungry. Each month, overnight or weekend packs of healthy food are available for over 500 children, preventing poor brain development and lasting educational deficits. If you like this program, you can donate here!

A Book of My Own

We visit Title I schools with our early literacy program, reading award winning books and giving every child a book of their own each month. Additional school supplies are provided during the year as well as during the winter and summer breaks. You can donate now to support early literacy in your community.

No Maybe Babies

Picture
Optimum health care, education, and nutrition for baby and mother is our goal. Volunteers and donors help with clothing, cribs, educational toys, and all the fun baby things as well as providing essentials like diapers and food. Mentors give young moms essential confidence.

Teen Student, Solo Parent

Very young parents, most often teen girls work through the scary prospect of parenting alone. With support and guidance, they can care for their infant while progressing through school to graduation. Mentoring helps build a stable family life through college to career.

Program Overview

It is difficult it is to raise healthy educated children without the integrated efforts of an engaged community.  By simply providing children with what they need to grow into healthy productive adults, we build the cycle of engaged effective families bettering their lives and in turn giving back to their community.
"You can't educate a child who isn't healthy, and you can't keep a child healthy who isn't educated."  Dr. M. Joycelyn Elders
The earlier a child receives good health care, intellectual and social stimulation, consistent loving adult nurturing, the easier and sooner a child reaches their potential, understands the process, and enjoys the growth.
All these programs only work with your help, our incredible donors and volunteers. We do our best work through the generosity of your support. Thank you, donors, for your good will in action!
